How to run these so they actually pull

Where to post

  • Craigslist: Jobs, Real Estate (primary), Sales (test). Paste the headline in the title box and "Copy body" in the description.
  • Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Jobs for staff roles and experienced agents.
  • Facebook Jobs + local agent groups (use the card teaser as your hook line).

Rhythm

  • Post Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
  • Rotate between the headline and the alt headline so you're testing every week.
  • Run one role's three angles side by side and let the numbers pick the winner.
  • Review after 30 days. Kill the losers, clone the winner.

Track five numbers

Headline · Views · Leads · Conversations · Appointments · Hires

  • Send replies to a form that collects name, phone, email, years licensed, current brokerage, and production. Only call the qualified ones.

Before you hit post

  • Replace every bracket, especially testimonials and team stats. Real proof only.
  • Many states require your brokerage name and license number on real estate advertising. Check your state's rules with your broker first.
  • Don't add income promises. Commission roles are independent contractor opportunities.

These are templates. You're responsible for making sure anything you post complies with your state's real estate advertising rules, your brokerage's policies, and employment law.
